Package Prices with Transportation from Atlanta for Students
Trip Package price includes all transportation, activities noted in detail above, see summary below:

A total trip package valued at over $50,000 provided to you for under $40,000.
The package price per student includes a band contribution of $10,000 which can be paid installments. If the band elects to pay more funds (i.e. successful fundraisers) the price per student will decrease accordingly. This decision will need to be made prior to providing detailed information to the parents of students. The first payment will be due within the next two weeks to secure the rooms for this popular event.

Students will be assigned a room based on the instruction of the Band instructors. Rooms all have double beds and are on the same floor of the hotel. This rate below includes 30 rooms for students to be shared for up to a max of four per room and chaperones up to a max of three per room. Based on the band projected contribution, the rates are detailed as follows:
Student Quad Rate – $215 per student
Chaperone Double Rate - $ 225 per chaperone
Parent Payment Options
Parents will have to option to pay via check, major credit card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa) or Paypal. No checks will be accepted within 30 days of departure. http://mustangsintheno.eventbrite.com.
A specialized website will be set up for the parents to review trip options, details and make all payments. It is internet based. All checks will have to be mailed to PO Box which is provided below.
